1. Using this site
These terms apply to the public Blendwave Work marketing site, operated by Blendwave LC. By using it, you agree not to interfere with its operation, probe it without authorization, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use the content unlawfully.
2. Product and pilot status
The site describes a product direction and a synthetic application preview. Examples, interfaces, records, receipts, and workflows shown here are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise. They do not establish live integrations, regulatory compliance, production readiness, customer results, or permission to perform an operational action.
A guided-pilot conversation does not create a customer relationship or authorize use of customer, client, caregiver, health, credential, or production-system data. Any engagement requires separate written scope and terms.
3. Site content and intellectual property
Blendwave and its licensors retain rights in the site, product concepts, visual design, text, marks, and other content. You may view and share links to the public site for legitimate business evaluation, but may not copy, sell, or present substantial site content as your own without permission.
4. Third-party destinations
The site may link to email services or other Blendwave destinations. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not expand the claims made on this site.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as available” basis for information and evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, Blendwave disclaims implied warranties concerning the site. The site is not medical, legal, compliance, staffing, or operational advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment.
6. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Blendwave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from use of or inability to use this public marketing site. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Changes and applicable agreements
These terms may change as the site evolves. The effective date will identify the current version. Product access, a pilot, or a commercial relationship would be governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these site terms.
