Start with the workflow.
Build understanding together.
We’re inviting conversations with home-care and community-based care organizations as Blendwave Work develops. Bring a recurring planning challenge or a coverage problem your team knows well.

One useful problem is enough to begin.
We start by understanding how the work happens today: who makes the decision, where the context lives and what turns a routine change into a difficult handoff.
Expect a conversation about your workflow and a product demonstration using fictional records. The first conversation does not require access to your systems.
Start a conversationBuild confidence one step at a time.
- 01
Understand the workflow
Identify the people, systems, constraints and decisions involved. Agree on one situation worth exploring.
- 02
Explore the difficult cases
Use fictional examples to examine a regular outcome, an unanswered question, an ineligible option and an uncertain update.
- 03
Review fit and missing requirements
Document what is useful today, what needs more work and which vendor or customer decisions affect feasibility.
- 04
Scope a separate live pilot, if appropriate
Any live pilot requires a separately agreed scope, customer authorization, vendor access, and appropriate operating controls. Commercial terms and responsibilities are agreed separately.
Agree on what a useful pilot would prove.
Workflow evidence
Can your team understand the suggested option, answer the remaining question and identify the owner? Does the reported outcome match the agreed source of truth?
Operational value
Agree on a baseline for coordinator effort, unresolved visit time and open questions. Choose measures together before claiming improvement.
We have not published standard subscription pricing or customer performance results. An introductory conversation does not enroll your organization or authorize system access.
A few things you may be wondering.
What does it cost?
We have not published standard subscription pricing. An evaluation starts with your workflow, organization size and system requirements. Any paid pilot or subscription needs its own written scope and commercial terms; a product conversation does not enroll your organization.
How long does implementation take?
We do not promise a deployment timeline before understanding the source system and required approvals. The first conversation and fictional-data demonstration do not require a connection. A live timeline depends on vendor access, customer review and the agreed operating scope.
How should we judge whether a pilot is useful?
Agree on the workflow, the starting baseline and what counts as a verified outcome before a pilot. Useful measures include coordinator effort, unfilled visit time, unresolved questions and confirmation accuracy. We have not published customer performance results.
Let’s start with your hardest scheduling day.
