1. Scope
This notice describes the public Blendwave Work marketing site, operated by Blendwave LC. It does not describe a customer deployment, guided-pilot data handling, or another Blendwave product. Those activities, if applicable, require their own written terms and notices.
2. Information associated with a visit
Like most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
This version of the site does not include a lead-submission form and does not intentionally embed advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Selecting an email link opens your own email application; the content you send is then processed by the relevant email providers.
Margin lets you save article links in this browser, on this device. When you save a piece, its article identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage. The shelf feature does not send these saved selections to a server or synchronize them across devices. Remove a piece from your shelf or clear this site’s browser data to delete the saved selections.
3. How information is used
Technical information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand aggregate reliability of the site. Information you send by email may be used to respond, assess whether Blendwave Work is relevant to your organization, and maintain a record of the conversation.
Please do not send protected health information, caregiver or client records, credentials, or other sensitive operational data through a marketing-site email link.
4. Service providers and legal needs
Limited information may be handled by providers that host, secure, or support the site and email. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse. We do not state here that marketing-site information is sold or used for targeted advertising.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information. You may ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing the address below. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
