Built around care.
Designed to work together.

Your scheduling system holds the context your team relies on. We’re exploring approved ways to bring operational visits and staff assignments into Blendwave Work’s planning and coverage workflows.

The source record and its organization context.

02 / Approved accessScoped information

Vendor-supported interfaces and customer permissions.

03 / WorkPlanning & review

Context for the coordinator’s next decision.

Integration discovery is in progress. No live vendor integration or formal vendor partnership is announced on this site.

For care organizations

Start with the system you already use.

The exact product and edition matter. Operational home-care visits and caregiver assignments can differ from clinical appointments and provider rosters.

What helps us establish fit

  • The vendor, product and edition used by your team.
  • Where visits, assignments and branch information are recorded.
  • The read or update workflow you need to support.
  • Who owns customer authorization and vendor coordination.

What discovery can clarify

We establish whether an approved API or export represents the operational workflow, what permission it needs and what a suitable fictional-data evaluation would involve.

A discussion or product demonstration does not connect your account. Documentation review comes before requesting live access.

Discuss your system
Our initial read scope

The information that gives a visit context.

Visit details

Stable identifiers, dates, start and end times, time zones and current status.

So the right visit and service window are unambiguous.

Staff assignments

Assigned people, assignment identifiers and the relationship to the visit.

So a gap can be distinguished from an existing assignment.

Organization scope

Account, branch and location boundaries, with the permissions that govern access.

So the context belongs to the right organization.

Change behavior

Updates, cancellations, pagination, time conventions and approved refresh options.

So missing information does not silently become a false conclusion.
For vendor and developer teams

Start with the right documentation.

  1. 01

    Confirm the interface

Identify the exact product and the API or export that represents operational visits and staff assignments.

  2. 02

    Evaluate with fictional data

Review samples, permissions, update behavior and a test environment explicitly approved for evaluation.

  3. 03

    Agree on access

Resolve sponsorship, enrollment, fees, responsibilities and customer authorization before any live connection.

Questions, answered

A few things you may be wondering.

Which care-management systems are connected?

No live vendor integration is announced. We are evaluating approved interfaces for operational schedules and staff assignments. Share the exact product and edition you use, and we can discuss documentation, permissions, customer sponsorship and a suitable evaluation path.

Will we need to replace our EHR or scheduling system?

The intended approach is to work with an approved source system, rather than replace clinical, billing or care-record functions. Whether a particular workflow can be supported depends on the source system’s available interfaces and the permissions the vendor and customer authorize.

Can a software vendor contact you directly?

Yes. Email hello@blendwave.ai with the relevant product, interface and enrollment process, or reply to an existing inquiry. Our integrations page describes the operational schedule and staff-assignment information we are currently exploring.
